What you will do:

Headhunter/Recruiter - is a recruitment professional who specializes in finding qualified candidates for open positions within an organization. Here are the key responsibilities of a Headhunter:

• Coordinating with Hiring Managers: They work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements for open roles.
• Sourcing Candidates: Headhunters actively search for potential candidates through various channels, including social media and resume databases.
• Engaging with Prospects: They reach out to candidates via email or phone, networking sites, etc.
• Maintaining Candidate Databases: keep track of potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Researching Compensation Benchmarks: Headhunters analyze compensation data to make informed recommendations.
  
  

• Able to work, organize and manage multiple requisitions at a time.
• Multi-tasking, self-starter able to work at a fast pace with minimum supervision.
• Deep knowledge of sourcing and tools.
• “Go find it” attitude, rely heavily on pipeline building, sourcing and phone calls.
• VMS/ATS knowledge.
