Airport Operations Manager

The Airport Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily on-ground operations, managing shifts for our airport line staff, and ensuring compliance with all tender requirements-

Include Match rate, branding and enforcement. This role requires close collaboration with airport authorities, driving key metrics related to FTR, supply availability, operational excellence, and use satisfaction. The Airport Operations Manager will develop growth initiatives, manage P&L, and allocate costs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day on-ground operations at the airport.
• Prepare and manage shifts for the headcount operating the airport line.
• Ensure smooth and efficient operational processes.
• Communicate daily with key stakeholders within the airport authority.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics such as new users, supply availability, app usage, FO , rides 2 airport and more
• Implement strategies to optimize metrics and improve overall performance.
• Report regularly on operational performance and key metrics to senior management.
• Ensure that all operations align with tender requirements and regulatory standards.
• Identify and create new initiatives to drive growth and improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new initiatives and acquire more users.
• Manage the P&L for airport operations, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Allocate costs effectively to maximize profitability.
• Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures where appropriate.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Operations Management or related
• Experience as a Team Lead in a complex environment
• Mix of analytical mindset, business acumen and personal drive
• Service- Oriented, Team Player, Accountable and Dedicated
• Strong financial modelling and budgeting expertise
• Strong technical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree
