Project Manager with Development Experience

We are seeking for a talented & experienced IT team leader to work in a highly supportive and friendly environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the IT & cyber team, ensuring the stability and security of our systems, and aligning IT initiatives with the business objectives.

• Design, implement, and execute critical IT system infrastructure used in various cyber systems
• Build infrastructure and integration with various cyber software
• Ensure the Resilience, Scalability, and security of the IT infrastructure
• Lead the implementation of new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendors to ensure cost-effective and efficient use of IT resources
• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage the team members to develop their skills and expertise

Job Requirements:

• Understanding of network protocols and network devices
• Knowledge of Windows or Linux operation systems and networks.
• Experience in server management/virtualization/storage/security devices, backups, and cloud computing (GCP / Azure / AWS)
• At least 3 years of experience in an IT leadership role
• Ability to design and plan networks and infrastructure systems
• Experience in monitoring the networks for threats or errors
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically
• Proven track record of successfully leading IT initiatives and projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Advantage
