Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Healthcare Copywriter/Content Creator to join our dynamic team at Joya. The ideal candidate will have outstanding writing, editing, and proofing skills, coupled with a degree in Biological Sciences, Biomedical, or Medical fields. 

This freelance part-time role involves crafting engaging and informative content across various platforms both digital and print, all from the comfort of your home! We're looking for true healthcare enthusiasts who are avid readers and writers, capable of translating complex healthcare topics into clear, concise, and engaging content. A strong grasp of medical terminology, concepts, and regulations is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Write high-quality content for social media, email campaigns, digital marketing materials, blogs, thought leadership articles, brochures.

·      Ensure all content aligns with client brand messaging and goals while resonating with the different target audience, including investors, C-level healthcare executives, healthcare professionals and physicians.

·      Stay updated on industry trends to maintain content relevance and effectiveness for social media.

·      Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and deliver content that meets their needs, including attending kick-off and monthly planning meetings (mainly virtual meetings with rare face-to-face ones).

·      Work with Joya social media manager to help create and schedule a bank of social media posts across platforms (primarily LinkedIn and Twitter) for different clients.

·      Provide input and support the creation of visual assets using tools such as Canva, ensuring all content is visually appealing and on-brand.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Biomedical, or Medical fields a must.

·      Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Copywriter/Content Creator in the healthcare sector.

Desired Skills:

·      Excellent writing, editing, and proofing abilities with a keen attention to detail.

·      Proficiency in content management systems and social media management tools.

·      Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software is advantageous.

·      Strong communication, multitasking, and deadline management skills.

·      Creative thinking and a passion for staying updated with healthcare industry trends.

·      Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.

·      Fluent English proficiency is mandatory.
