Sales Manager

Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing market

Recruiting new customers, maintaining and developing existing customers, and increasing sales

Building and tracking customer price quotes

Writing proposals based on company data and product inventory

Participating in the process of tailoring the offered portfolio to the target market

Conducting customer training and presentations

Accompanying and liaising with the customer until the order is opened

Monitoring orders and tracking the progress of project milestones/deliveries, forecasts, targets, and collection follow-ups

Requirements:

At least 3 years of prior experience as a salesperson or in presales for international markets 

Relevant technical/engineering background and an academic degree 

Proficiency in written and verbal communication

English -fluent speaking, writing, and reading, ability to deliver presentations and training; additional languages – an advantage

High marketing and commercial orientation, good interpersonal skills

Full-time position, willingness to work non-standard hours and travel abroad

High motivation and ambition for success, patience, determination to meet targets
