A Day in the Life

The Patient Service representatives are in contact with diabetes patients, or parents of young patients.

• Provide support, answers and solutions to questions regarding products usage, warranty and more
• Meet patients upon needs and provide face to face support.
• Be a part of the customer service team and in close contact with other teams in the diabetes business unit.
  
  

In this role you will be able to work in a Hybrid Work Model.

Must Have

• Proven experience in customer service positions
• Filmier with CRM and ERP systems
• Fluent in Hebrew and English
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience from medical device industry.
• Experience in customer retention.
