Student Position (Technion career fair)
Novocure is a global medical device company. The company is growing quickly as it commercializes TTFields therapy: a novel treatment for aggressive cancers using alternating electric fields.
As part of patient-forward approach our mission is to work to extend survival in some of the most aggressive forms of cancer through the development and commercialization of our innovative therapy.
Our R&D canter is located in Haifa, Israel. Here we combine pre-clinical and clinical research, engineering development- Hardware, Software, Mechanical, Physics, Algorithms, Materials and ect.
We are looking for highly motivated and energetic professional students for a part-time position/ advanced degree students to join one of our teams in our R&D center.
QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE:
- Qualifications:
- Balance of studies of at least 1.5 years
- Available for at least 18 weekly hours
advanced degrees students preferably in Life science / Biology/ Biotechnology/ Electrical and Electronic Engineering/ Computer science / Software/ Mechanical engineering/ Materials engineering/ Biomedical engineering
- Available for full-time position
- Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
- Able to learn quickly and adapt to changes
- Ability to self-manage and take initiative
- Team player - capable of working in a global & multi-disciplinary environment
