Communication Manager

Job Description

The objective of the Communication Manager is to bring business value to the company by designing and executing communication programs and capabilities, enabling direct communication, cooperation and collaboration with all of our customers; patients, consumers, physicians, sick-funds and healthcare institutions in line with regulation and compliance.

The Communication Manager will be responsible to create and maintain the company relations with the media, maintain and develop company reputation as #1 Pharma company in all therapeutic areas.

Support crisis/ challenge management.

Support business strategy and HR needs with internal communications activities.

Responsibilities

• Shape the company external communication strategy and execute according company’s business strategic objectives
• Managing excellent professional relationships with editors and journalist
• management work with PR agency and other vendors and partners as needed
• Innovative and creative thinking, with ability to build communication and PR plan for different therapeutic area and collaborations with NGOs and other stakeholder
• Communication crisis management
• Shape the company internal communication strategy and execute according company’ s strategic objectives
  
  

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related communications experience
• Proven track record of successful communication strategy execution, experience interacting with senior executives and key external stakeholders.
• Excellent writing, editing and verbal communications skills in English and Hebrew;
• Exhibits initiative, creative thinking and problem solving in response to the communications challenges and opportunities;
• Organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects and meet fast deadlines;
• Experience with social media and digital formats;
• Highly motivated and able to effectively communicate in cross-functional teams.
• Team player, collaborative spirit, ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
