Corporate Controller

Our amazing finance team is growing, and we're seeking a Corporate Controller to join us.

You will report to our VP of Finance and Operations in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the monthly and quarterly financial closing process and reports
• Oversee the company’s revenue cycle, including revenue recognition, billing, collections, and cash application processes.
• Managing and monitoring bank accounts, AR and AP reconciliation.
• Responsible for the annual audits and work with the external audit team. (US GAAP) including preparing annual tax returns for IL and US entities
• Overseeing accounting procedures and internal controls.
• Managing the bookkeeper.
• Ad-Hoc tasks and projects
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA).
• At least three years of experience at one of the Big4, specializing in the Hi-Tech department
• Proven two years of experience in SAAS company in a similar position
• Multi-task ability – can handle several issues simultaneously
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to prioritize workload, and accuracy, with great attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Able to conduct research and work independently
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew
• ERP experience with NetSuite / Priority - Advantage.
• Salesforce - An advantage.
• Legal background - An advantage.
