As a leading online payment service provider, we deploy more than 400 payment methods and PCI-certified platforms to process approximately 6 million payments every single day.

We are looking for a Head of PayU Hub Orchestration Platform who will oversee all aspect of the platform’s product strategy and execution from concept to delivery. You will be working with a very global, multi-cultural team. You need to have the right people skills for the task. People come first at PayU and we will want to see your ability to gel and work together with this team.

Your leadership, mentorship and management experience will be key to successfully driving product strategy and execution. With strategy in mind, you will be defining and leading a major part of our overall business strategy. You need to demonstrate strategic thinking skills, planning abilities and product management expertise.

As a senior product leader, you need to show us that you love products. You love thinking about products; you love planning products and building products. You love delivering them to the market and tracking their success (or learning quick from their failure).

And lastly, you will be communicating. A lot. You will be talking to internal stakeholders (including C-level executives) on an on-going basis. You will be talking to external stakeholders including customers and the market at large. Your storytelling skills will be tested — how you speak about product vision, strategy and execution and communicate to stakeholders will be key to your success.

What You Will Do:

• Lead, manage and mentor global team
• Drive and execute upon the vision
• Define the product strategy and roadmap of building a global orchestration platform within PayU
• Define what success looks like for the team
• Work closely with cross functional teams spread across different geographies, including operations, commercial, engineering, etc.
• Define and manage the group OKRs goals
• Monitor, review and optimize the group execution and performance according to company goals.

What We Are Looking For:

• 7+ years of product management experience
• 4+ years of leading a product global team
• 3+ years experience in the payments ecosystem
• eCommerce payments / ecommerce payment processing experience
• Knowledge of card acquiring/processing
• Knowledge in alternative payment methods (APMs)
• Experience in leading a cross functional product team – including product owners and product managers
• Ability to drive decisions, take action, and roll up your sleeves and dive into the work
• Superb articulation, communications, and overall leadership capabilities
• Thrive on analyzing and understanding the customer and the ecosystem
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English – both verbal and written
• Team player with the ability to contribute to the strong team culture of our co-located and diverse group
