Ashtrom Renewable Energy is looking for Financial Director

Ashtrom Renewable Energy is a subsidiary of Ashtrom Group, one of Israel’s leading infrastructure, construction, and real estate development companies. We operate as an independent power producer (IPP) that develops large-scale projects through long-term relationships with trusted partners, not through acquisition, with approximately 2.5 GWdc of projects in its global pipeline (1.8 GWdc in the US)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Director of Finance (Finance Director) to oversee all financial work streams and drive the company’s financial strategy and planning.

Formulate financial strategy to include responsibility for budgets and forecasts.

Oversee the finance functions and lead the financing processes such as: project and corporate financing and refinancing, investment capital raising, and others.

Analyze and feedback to improve profitability on contracts and development opportunities and take part of negotiations.

Board reporting - Budget vs actual, proforma reports and cash planning.

Managing additional processes such as insurance, issuing project LoC, etc.

Your Experience and Qualifications:

· bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a closely related discipline (MBA - a plus)

· Proven experience in finance, such as a director of finance, working as a consultant or a similar role.

· In-depth knowledge of project finance and some corporate finance

· Advantage - Solid knowledge of financial analysis and pro-forma forecasting

· Proficient in the use of MS Office in general and Excel in particular.

· An analytical and strategic abilities

· Skilled in leading processes with communication and interpersonal abilities
