Product Designer

An American multinational digital communications technology company is looking for a Product Designer.

As a Product Designer, you will:

• focus on user-centric product design, collaborating with cross-functional teams to marry design principles with business objectives and user needs.
• You will create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, turning concepts into visual designs and interactive prototypes.
• Your role also involves documenting design decisions, effectively communicating with stakeholders, and potentially mentoring junior designers, all within an Agile software development framework.
• Your expertise will be crucial in making our products visually attractive, functional, and easy to use.

Who You'll Work With

• Work within the Strategy, Incubations & Applications group led by company Chief Strategy Officer.
• Collaborate with cloud engineers, designers, scientists, and AI specialists.
• Partner with product managers to understand product requirements, user needs, and business goals.
• Craft product vision, features, and roadmap.
• Define the Minimal Viable Product (MVP) and create a product roadmap highlighting competitive advantages.
• Ensure design solutions are feasible by working with engineers and developers.
• Communicate design requirements clearly and iterate on designs to address technical constraints.
• Create groundbreaking, user-centered products in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of design experience, specifically with SaaS products.
• Expertise in design tools like Adobe Suite and Figma

Desirable Skills:

• Skilled in user research, usability testing, and feedback collection to refine designs and enhance user experience.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) to create inclusive interfaces.
• Proficient in crafting animations and micro-interactions that boost user engagement and ease of use.
