The Role

Responsibilities

• Understand client’s technician requirements and able to communicate and offer appropriate communication solutions efficiently
• Install, configure and maintain communication systems and equipment, telecommunication networks, wireless system and VoIP technologies
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on communication systems to ensure reliability
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtown and disruption for clients
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate and resolve complex technician issue
• Keep accurate records of installations, maintenance activities and equipment inventory

• Must be living in the Middle East
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English and Arabic, with ability to clearly communicate to all levels of business
• Diploma or equivalent: technical certification or telecommunication, electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field
• Experienced on working in a client facing environment in either Radio, Wireless IP Networking
• Experience on Technician/Service based role
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with telecommunications equipment such as routers, switches and fibre optics
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environment
