Full-Time Training Developer and Consultant (Hybrid)

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Training Developer and Consultant. The Training Developer and Consultant will be responsible for analyzing training needs, designing and developing instructional materials, and providing expertise in training methodologies.

Qualifications

• Training & Development and Instructional Design skills
• Analytical Skills
• Experience in training and delivering interactive learning experiences
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the education or govremental industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
