Role: Head of Brand and Creative (Volunteer Position)

Job Description:

As the Head of Brand and Creative at Offisito, you will play a critical role in shaping and elevating our brand identity. You will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that resonate with our target audience and differentiate us in the marketplace. This is a volunteer position with the potential for equity options and a full-time role after our first investment round.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with Offisito's mission and vision.
• Create and manage brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
• Design and produce high-quality visual content, including social media graphics, website visuals, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative campaigns that drive engagement and growth.
• Lead the creative direction for all digital and print assets, ensuring they are on-brand and compelling.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to stay ahead of industry developments and incorporate innovative ideas into our branding efforts.
• Work closely with the product team to ensure a cohesive and engaging user experience across all touchpoints.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in brand management, creative direction, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your creative work and successful branding projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to think strategically and translate ideas into actionable plans.
• Passion for startups and a keen interest in the office space marketplace.
