Job Description

• Lead Failure Analysis investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Review and analysis of customer specifications and technical drawings / requirements
• Monitor manufacturing flow of products, assuring compliance with requirements and assuring complete and correct Device History Records are maintained
• Review samples of products received from sub-contractors
• Support regulatory and agency inspections, audits (AS9100), investigations, and inquiries regarding the control and assessment of product design and manufacturing quality
• Track corrective actions and verify the effectiveness of the corrective actions

Requirements

• Good knowledge in electronic and mechanics manufacturing, and assembly processes
• IPC A-610 certification
• Solid experience in corrective and preventive action processes
• Ability to work independently and in team environment
• At least two years of experience in a manufacturing plant (advantage)
• CQE Qualified Quality Assurance Engineer (advantage)
• Knowledge of the standards of quality assurance systems (advantage)
