Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Community Manager to oversee and expand our communities in Israel. This role is crucial for driving engagement, fostering growth, and ensuring our communities thrive. This is a unique opportunity to drive market change in logistics and sustainability , requiring an entrepreneurial mindset and strong operational skills. This is an equity based position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Current Communities: Oversee and support our existing community groups to ensure vibrant and active participation.
• Recruit New Volunteers: Identify and onboard enthusiastic volunteers to enhance community support and engagement.
• Initiate New Communities: Launch and develop new community groups to expand OnTime’s reach.
• Manage Monetization Process: Oversee and optimize the monetization strategies within our communities.
• Analyze Data: Collect, analyze, and report on community metrics to inform strategic decisions.
• Get User Feedback: Gather and analyze user feedback to improve our services and community experiences.
• Publish Weekly Updates: Create and share weekly updates to keep the community informed and engaged.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in an operational role.
• Location: North of Israel.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-starter, self-managed, with a passion for innovative impact products.
• Proven experience in community management- advantage.
• Passion for community building and social impact.
