Job Description

CyberArk is looking for a passionate highly motivated, experienced Finance Applications team leader with a strong background in ERP and other financial information systems and technologies.

You will be responsible for leading a team and managing multiple cross-functional projects that develop, maintain, and support various IT applications and systems for our Finance department.

As a team leader, you will oversee the entire IT-Finance business applications workplan, from planning and design to testing and deployment, ensuring that the team delivers high-quality solutions that meet the business needs and objectives.

• Serve as the business applications main point of contact for our Finance department.
• Work closely and build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders from Finance teams to understand their needs, design solutions, and deliver them while providing top-quality service.
• Manage Design methodologies and analysis of various business processes, as well as the supporting applications and interfaces, identify gaps, and discover new opportunities for automation.
• Manage Analysis, Optimization, deployment of business processes, flows, validations etc. in IT systems such as, ERP financial modules from the requirement gathering until go live phase.
• Lead and manage the team, ensuring that they have clear goals, roles, and responsibilities and follow best practices and standards.
• Matrix management of resources such as cross IT, external suppliers, and users within the company
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to the teams, and help them resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the implementation process.
• Monitor and track the progress, performance, and quality of the team deliverables, and report on the status and outcomes to management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other IT teams, Finance teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and integration of the IT Finance applications and systems with the overall IT strategy and architecture.
• Act as activity/project manager for strategic projects.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies, trends, and opportunities that can enhance the IT Finance applications and systems.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Industrial Engineering (Information Systems preferred) or an Equivalent, relevant degree – a must
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading and managing ERP/Finance Applications team
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Senior/Lead Financial System Analyst/Implementer/Consultant
  
  

• Functional, Technical, and Business Process Analysis
• ERP implementations (NetSuite, Oracle ERP/Fusion Cloud, SAP R3, Microsoft Dynamics. NetSuite - a plus)
• Core Finance processes (Accounting, Order-to-Cash, Billing, Procurement, Payables, Budget – a must. Revenue Recognition – significant advantage)
• Project management methodologies
• Experience in managing end-to-end ERP implementations (a must)
• Experience managing implementations/project/administration of:
• Billing Systems, Budget Planning tools, Commission Systems – (a plus)
• Integration tools/endpoint processes (e.g., Workato/Salesforce)
• T&E Systems, Travel/Booking Applications (a plus)
• Strong project management skills (planning, execution, monitoring, reporting)
• Proficiency in project management tools (Monday.com, JIRA, etc.)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• High English proficiency - a must
