spherex technologies is a well-funded startup on a mission to revolutionize smart contract security for Web3. We're seeking a passionate Operations Manager to join our growing all-star team.

About the Role:

As our Operations Manager, you'll be a strategic partner, leading cross-functional projects, managing supplier relationships, and overseeing day-to-day operations. You'll work closely with senior management to execute our vision and ensure efficient business processes. This is a junior-level position, perfect for a results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and grow within a pioneering team.

The Impact You'll Make:

• Own and manage projects involving various stakeholders across finance, legal, logistics, HR, facility, and other departments.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers and partners.
• Partner with senior management on strategic initiatives and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new employees and vendors, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Foster a positive and engaging work environment through team-building activities and employee well-being initiatives.
• Manage facilities operations, liaising with landlords regarding billing and service requests.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) preferred.
• Prior experience in project management, legal, or finance is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with senior executives.
• Strong operational and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.
• A positive attitude, empathy, and a willingness to learn.
