Tech Instructor

The Cyber Education Center works to bridge social gaps through excellence in education. We develop and lead educational programs in computers and cybersecurity aimed at creating change in Israel's geographical and social periphery.

Tech instructors are needed for the st@rTech program, a unique non-formal technological program for middle school students (grades 7-9) operating in dozens of study centers in the geographical/social periphery.

The role involves technological training and personal and group mentoring of students in the classroom.

Student position: 6 hours per week in the afternoons/evenings: 3 hours face-to-face in the classroom and 3 hours remote work from home (flexible timings).

Job Requirements:

• Educational and social approach, experience as an instructor is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Technological knowledge in programming languages, advantage for: C#, C, Python, Java.
• Basic training in the subject is possible.
• Commitment to work until the end of the academic year.
