We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated talent acquisition & HR specialist to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end hiring efforts across various departments, locally and globally. 
• Conduct comprehensive HR interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs, helping to create and implement strategies for candidate outreach.
• Contribute actively to the enhancement of our talent and hiring processes.
• Support & assist with HR operations process and projects including engagement activities, training programs, welfare & wellbeing plans.
• Support employees and managers with a full employee life cycle – onboarding, employee relations, termination, performance management, organizational survey etc..
• Define and implement HR software within the organization.

Main Requirements:

• At least 3 years hands-on experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Partner in a startup/high growth company.
• Demonstrated experience with full-cycle global recruiting, including interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• A sense of urgency and ability to prioritize simultaneous tasks and projects.
• A team player, who collaborates with partners at all levels.
• Highly motivated, self-driven and professional.
• Friendly and outgoing personality, strong team player, positive and can-do approach.
• Excellent written and spoken English with a preference for candidates who have worked with US-based teams.
• Familiarity with HR/recruitment tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
