Associate

The ideal candidate for this position has at least 2 years of hands on experience in Israeli real estate law with an emphasis on urban renewal projects and complex sales agreements.

Responsibilities

• Client management.
• Project management and follow ups.
• Drafting of legal documents including sales contracts, urban renewal contracts and court documents.
• Representation of the firm in meetings and signings.
• marketing management for the firm under the owner's guidance.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal relationship communication skills.
• 1-2 years of professional working experience in the field of Israeli real estate law and specifically in sales agreements and urban renewal projects.
• Knowledge in Israeli real estate tax law - an advantage.
• Very good verbal and written English skills.
• Experience with working with foreign residents - an advantage.
• Patience and willingness to supply gracious service to clients.
• Multitasking skills.
• Cleanliness and order.
