Purchasing Manager – Maternity Leave Replacement

We are now hiring an organized Purchasing Manager to join our Operations team. You will carry out all tasks allocated by the VP of Operations, including supply chain activities, procurement, logistics, and inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Create and track a purchasing plan.
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
• Create and track all company orders.
• Track invoicing and payments for vendors.
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
• Full BOM responsibility – changes, assemblies, stock.
• Monitor stock levels and inventory count (quarterly).
• Coordinate shipments for installations (finished goods).
• Coordinate shipments for exhibitions. 

Requirements:

• Understanding of supply chain procedures.
• Priority software Hands-on experience – Must.
• Proven work experience as an operations specialist or purchasing manager or a similar role.
• Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses.
• Negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors).
