Senior Business Analyst

Modelity is a leading fintech company specializing in regulatory solutions for the financial industry. Our innovative products enable our customers to comply with regulatory requirements while offering a wide range of investment products. Our Tel-Aviv office is part of the LPA group, which has branches in Germany, Spain, and the UK.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst with Project Management skills, to lead the execution of our Capital market data products roadmap. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech, experience with managing complex data products, expertise in handling various data sources, and excellent customer facing skills. 

Responsibilities: 

•  Execute our capital markets product data roadmaps aligned with company goals, incorporating customer and stakeholder input. 
•  Lead a team of Business Analysts responsible for defining business requirements and providing 3rd level support.   
• Collaborate with R&D teams for product enhancements, overseeing data collection, validation, and quality assurance. 
•  Manage interactions with external stakeholders, mainly banks and investment firms, including change requests, consultations, and account management support. 
•  Manage capital markets data vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless integrations. 
• Optimize data collection processes, prioritize data sources based on quality vs cost, and maintain storage and performance efficiency. 
• Provide pre-sales documentation and support. 

Skills and Tools: 

• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. 
• Experience with PowerBI or similar business intelligence tools for data visualization. 
• Knowledge of Python for data processing and automation. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field - must.
• Proven experience in technical projects management.  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities. 
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
• Experience in product management within fintech or financial services industry is a plus.  
• Familiarity with financial markets and data providers is a plus.
