We are looking for a talented a Backend Engineer, where you'll focus on:

• Achieving RTL2GDS closure at advanced node technologies with a primary focus on power and IR-drop optimizations.
• Developing power and signal integrity flows utilizing full system models (Die, Package, PCB).
• Collaborating closely with System, Design, and DFT teams to drive innovative solutions.

• A degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) from a recognized university.
• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in RTL2GDS flows and methodologies, including synthesis, P&R, physical verification, and timing signoff.
• Proficiency with RHSC and performing EM/IR analysis.
• Strong knowledge in SIPI analysis, including the use of HFSS tools.
• Scripting skills in TCL and Python.

The position is hybrid, with 3 days working from our Caesarea office and 2 days working from home.
