Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead the product development lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. 
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and strategic objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. 
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define product requirements and prioritize features. 
• Craft clear and concise PRD, Wireframes, UI/XU & flow & User stories, ensuring they are development-ready, and facilitate discussions with development teams during Agile ceremonies 
• Address day-to-day operational issues in collaboration with the Production team 
• Manage the product roadmap for new products and features, including sprint planning and execution. 
• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal teams and external stakeholders. 

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the fintech industry.  
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing web and mobile products.  
• Proven track record of successfully implementing product management methodologies within the company and R&D team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.  
• Detail-oriented and results-driven, with a focus on delivering high-quality products on time.  
• Understanding of product lifecycle, technical proficiency, and commitment to learning 
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and collaboration with design teams.
