Responsibilities:

· Expertly lead a Backend development team

· Foster the growth and development of your team members, providing guidance and support

· Take responsibility for the timely and successful delivery of the team's projects

· Diagnose and resolve issues in production, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance

Develop and maintain a complex, highly available, and distributed cloud-based solution, ensuring its high level of quality throughout its lifecycle

· Collaborate in the design of robust, scalable, and testable software solutions within a fast-paced environment

· Engage actively in all stages of development, including research, design, development, and testing

· Contribute to the backend development of our bank services

· Work closely with your team, Product Managers, designers, architects, DevOps, and other tech leads at One Zero to deliver exceptional results

Requirements:

· 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead, with strong leadership and technical skills

· Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Scala, Java, or Kotlin

· Proficient in Spring/Spring Boot framework and its core concepts

· Experience with build tools e.g., Maven/Gradle

· Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases

· Strong knowledge of AWS services and infrastructure

· Experience with Docker, Kubernetes

· Deep understanding of microservices architecture and best practices

· Good interpersonal and teamwork skills

· Results-oriented proactive problem solver
