Role Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Import/export specialist, and customer relations leader.

• Control and operation of incoming customer orders into the system.
• Gathering customer orders for spare parts and operating them.
• General management of import and export activities in the company, including communication with customers and suppliers abroad.
• Negotiation and construction of contractual agreements with shipping companies and freight companies.
• Management and control of all import expenses, approval of shipping invoices, and preparation of export documents.
• Working with shipping companies, freight companies, and customs authorities to track the release of goods.
• Working with the Ministry of Communications/Standards Institute to obtain import licenses.
• Evaluation of shipping methods and prices based on needs and price analysis.
• Production of reports with analysis of all shipping expenses.
• Control of all invoices for supplier/shipper/freight company charges.
• Checking arrival times and release of shipments.

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in import/export.
• Experience in managing shippers and suppliers.
• Familiarity and proficiency with international trade terms (Incoterms).
• Experience in negotiation and contract drafting.
• High level of English proficiency - speaking, reading, and writing.
• Graduates of import-export courses - an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Background in customs clearance/shipping - a significant advantage.
• Licensing clerk - an advantage.
• Service-oriented and responsible.
• Experience with PRIORITY ERP
