Data Operations Director, Office of the CEO

monday.com is looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Operations leader to spearhead organizational and business growth initiatives, as part of the Office of the CEOs. You will be responsible for optimizing and streamlining the end-to-end revenue process, identifying growth opportunities, building strong, data-driven foundations for successfully pursuing them, and driving impactful change quickly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the company's executive team as-well-as with business and analytics' stakeholders, identifying and driving growth initiatives and putting in place the supporting processes and systems.
• Engage with the relevant business partners from different divisions to create dedicated task forces or similar working groups; establish the right setup and define the key metrics to facilitate alignment and drive swift improvement
• Partner with data subject-matter experts to identify business opportunities, and key levers that can lead to meaningful change and develop empowering data tools
• Become an organizational champion for growth and scale, fostering relationships and working forums with senior partners, contributing to monday's culture of data-driven impact, and implementing strategic programs that will secure the company's sustained success.

• Proven track record of at least 7 years in business operations, strategic planning, or a similar role; ideally, at least 3 years of experience as an operations leader at a growing tech company, preferably SaaS
• leadership and communication skills that enables you to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Strong analytical skills, with a background in data and business analysis and implementing change through data-driven methods.
• Demonstrated project management expertise, successfully driving execution and ensuring operational excellence
• Drive, adaptability, and a passion for thriving in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
• Understanding of pricing strategies, customer value proposition, and competitive landscape is an advantage.
