Full Stack Team Leader

As a Full stack Team Leader, you will have the autonomy and the authority to lead a team that builds amazing products at Trustmi. You will join a high-cadence, highly technical, and savvy group of doers who are building Trustmi's products and platforms.

• Leading a full-stack development team in an agile environment
• Proactively build your team, mentoring, recruiting, and onboarding as we grow
• Rapidly deliver high-quality, scalable, enterprise-ready SaaS applications
• Determining the structure and design of web services
• Ensuring user experience determines design choices
• Developing features to enhance the user experience
• Striking a balance between functional and esthetic design
• Building reusable code for future use
• Optimizing web services for maximum speed and scalability
• Utilizing a variety of markup languages to write web pages
• Work closely with the management team to execute product vision & architecture

Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a Team Leader
• Proven 5 years of experience in React.js a MUST
• Proven 2 years of experience in Next.js a MUST
• Strong knowledge of Javascript and Typescript
• Strong prior expertise supporting large-scale production services
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills with an ability to visualize processes and outcomes
• Confident in your own skills while constantly seeking to learn and keep up with modern practices
• Knowledge of CI/CD environments
• Fast learner with outstanding problem-solving skills
• An expert in balancing the trade-offs between technical and product priorities
• Creating & implementing Design Systems - Advantage
• Experience with Python- Advantage
