Business Analyst

EDEN Gallery is a leading art gallery with 15 international locations and a vibrant community of art lovers, collectors, and curators. We are looking for an experienced business Analyst with an enthusiastic personality and strong service orientation to join our expanding team and use his/her expertise to have a big impact on our rapidly growing company.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

Our business analyst is expected to support the Company and its related users in all aspects related to the Company information technologies, systems and applications as required, across the business areas: CRM, Marketing, Logistics, Inventory Management, Procurement, Finance and HRM & promote business efficiency, compliance, and growth.

Key tasks:

-       Analyze and define system requirements, interfaces, change requests and solutions to improve and support

optimized business processes across the Company

-       Manage the development process and infrastructure built delivered by external vendors. In particular

-       Lead and manage system testing and data migration, when applicable, before rollout

-       Develop related training plan and materials

-       Lead the roll out of new systems and features to the different users worldwide

-       Lead various complex technology related projects

-       Will be responsible for the analysis, definition and modification of business processes and reporting
