Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Front Office Supervisor at Brown Hotels jerusalem . The Front Office Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front office, including receptionist duties, customer service, reservations, and communication. This role requires strong supervisory skills and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.

• Receptionist Duties: experience in front office operations
• Customer Service: ability to interact and assist guests
• Reservations: knowledge of hotel reservation systems
• Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to Detail: ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
• Problem-Solving: ability to handle guest issues effectively
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
