Fund Operations Associate

As a Fund Operations Associate, you love getting things done and being at the intersection of legal and financial processes. You are ready to be the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders including legal and finance teams, investors, administrators, and distributors. You want to have a seat at the table, building the future of growth funding globally. As part of the Legal team, you’re excited to establish funds and manage their operation. You’re thrilled to dive into the workings of the company while learning and growing professionally.

You will:

• Manage existing and new investor relationships
• Work closely with the legal and finance teams to establish and maintain relevant financial operations (bank accounts, funds, reporting)
• Lead external KYC processes
• Own fund deployments and capital call processes, fund guidelines & policy
• Define and track legal pipeline and CRM hygiene
• Drive improvements in B2B business development processes
• Have a wide range of professional growth opportunities

Do you have:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar field or role.
• LL.B. studies or a Certified lawyer who would like to make a carrer change - An advantage
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
• High proficiency in English and Hebrew
• A relevant bachelor’s degree
• Microsoft Excel and Word skills
• MBA or Business/Accounting - An advantage
