Legal Counsel

For a senior position at a leading bank, an experienced attorney is needed in the field of banking and finance

Responsibilities:

Managing and leading the ongoing legal consultation in commercial law, including local authorities.

Employee management: leadership, induction, control, professional development, and promotion of lawyers.

Drafting and editing various legal documents, conducting negotiations, preparing opinions, and preparing financing and credit agreements.

Representing the bank before various parties, including the banking association and regulators.

Writing legal procedures and guidelines, and updating them regularly in accordance with the law.

Accompanying and implementing regulatory procedures and more.

Requirements:

Experience of at least 10 years in the financial/ commercial/ banking fields.

Experience in drafting agreements and managing complex negotiations, in Hebrew and English, including in complex transactions/projects

English at a native language level, including the ability to draft agreements.
