Role Description

This is a full-time Sales & Marketing Back Office role located in Tel Aviv District, Israel.

As a Sales & Marketing Back Office, you will be responsible for supporting the sales,

communicating with potential clients ,communicating and overseeing PR companies

promoting the web site and social media pages.

Your day-to-day tasks may include managing and updating customer databases,

Promoting sales, reasonability over the Marketing budget, sales and marketing reports,

coordinating with internal teams,

and providing general administrative support.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Russian and English is a MUST.
• Prior experience in a sales or marketing support role is a plus.
• Prior experience as an administrative.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and Russian.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
