Role Description:

We are looking for a part-time (50%) student with strong analytical and monitoring skills for the position of Economic Analyst. The role involves integrating into the company's economic activities and interfacing with various diverse fields in the company. Additionally, the employee will be part of the company's headquarters team, engaging in aspects related to company management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the COO in monitoring company performance: budgets, projects, performance, and efficiency.
• Manage the customer payment cycle: price quotes, invoicing, and collections.
• Monitor and analyze expenses and procurement.
• Present data to company management to aid in decision-making.
• Implement tools and software in the company headquarters.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders within the organization, reporting directly to and receiving mentorship from the COO.

Qualifications:

• Student for Economics, Industrial Engineering & Management, or Business Administration, with at least two years remaining in the program.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining organization and data accuracy.
• Proficiency in managing and analyzing large amounts of data and presenting it.
• High proficiency in Excel.
• Attention to detail and uncompromising thoroughness.
• Ability to motivate stakeholders within the organization who are not directly subordinate.
