System Technician

OMC Group, the leading cloud☁️ provider in the field, is looking for a System Administrator with at least 1 year experience in the field.

The position includes:

• Responsible for managing and supporting thousands of our customers and their complex environments
• Providing technical solutions for them in LINUX/WINDOWS environments and also in the worlds of virtualization and Networking.
• The role requires analysis and troubleshooting of complex issues, a broad perspective, a high service orientation, and the ability to work with various interfaces in an external environment.
• Working in a challenging technological environment, with many diverse and varied advancement opportunities.

requirements:

• Course in infrastructure/information security/network communication and cloud infrastructure/CCNA
• Proven experience of at least one year in infrastructure/virtualization/Microsoft/Linux operating systems.
• Focused experience in service and support is an advantage.
• Experience in WEB/PHP-based environments - a significant advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills and service-oriented ability
• High level of English proficiency The position is located in Kiryat Bialik.
