Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Bookkeeper at Total Finance. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as financial statements preparation, bookkeeping, accounting software management, journal entries, and general administration. The role is primarily located in Raanana but allows for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping, accounting software and financial statements preparation.
• Understanding of finance and accountnig principles.
• Ability to process journal entries and maintain accurate records
• Attention to details and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevany software.
• Knowledge of US GAAP -an advantage.
• High-level English
• Knowlege of Quickbooks - an advantage
