Data Platform Tech Lead

We are growing our team and are looking for a talented, experienced, passionate, and driven Data platform Tech lead to join our Backend team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead infrastructure development projects, focusing on creating tools and infrastructure to support developers in enhancing our product.
• Architect and oversee the development of solutions for complex data platform challenges.
• Provide guidance and support to backend developers on the team as a technical lead.
• Collaborate with the product and design teams to implement new features and improvements.
• Identify and resolve any technical issues that arise, and proactively address potential issues before they impact users.
• Monitor and optimize server and database performance to ensure high availability and scalability of our product.
• Utilize the latest technologies and industry trends as appropriate for our product and development processes.
• Hands-on development using Python and involvement in frontend tasks using React.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of relevant experience in software development.
• Extensive experience in leading infrastructure development projects.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with React.
• Deep understanding of data platform architectures and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of successfully leading teams and projects.
