Senior Product Manager - Gaming and Community

Role Overview 

Modex's product team drives innovation and optimizes our offerings. As a Product Manager, you will own the vision and growth of our community-based product. Craft an engaging roadmap, leveraging your B2C and gaming expertise to drive user acquisition, retention, and foster a thriving community. You will analyse user data, translate insights into action, and champion user needs, all while collaborating seamlessly across cross-functional teams. This dynamic role puts you at the heart of our flagship product FIFA+ Collect, offering frequent interaction with leadership and the chance to shape the future of Web3 at Modex. 

Key Responsibilities: 

· Own the product vision: Craft a compelling product roadmap, prioritizing features, and initiatives to drive user acquisition, retention, and community growth. 

· Become a gaming guru: Leverage your gaming expertise to understand user motivations, design engaging experiences, and foster a thriving community atmosphere. 

· Fuel data-driven decisions: Collaborate with data analysts to glean insights, iterate based on user feedback, and optimize features for maximum impact. 

· Champion a user-centric approach: Advocate for the user voice, translating their needs into product decisions that delight and retain them. 

· Master of growth: Implement effective user acquisition strategies, A/B test hypotheses, and analyse results to drive sustainable growth. 

· Be a bridge builder: Foster seamless collaboration between cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to ensure smooth product execution. 

· Stay ahead of the curve: Continuously learn and adapt, keeping pace with the evolving Web3 landscape and industry trends. 

· Contribute to a groundbreaking mission: Share your passion for blockchain technology and be part of a team shaping the future of Web3. 

What you bring: 

· 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a successful track record in B2C and/or gaming products. 

· Proven ability to drive user acquisition, engagement, and community growth. 

· Deep understanding of user behaviour and motivations, particularly in the gaming space. 

· Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making. 

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment. 

· Passion for blockchain technology and its potential to transform industries.
