This is a temporary, nationally significant, full-time Project Manager role for six months at HR Search Recruitment. The project manager will be responsible for expediting, project management, testing and logistics management.

It is necessary to arrive twice a week to Be'er Sheva and the rest of the work from home.

Key areas of responsibility:

• To lead the execution of a project in the order of hundreds of millions of NIS

• Managing the various project functions - underwriting, marketing, technological infrastructure and other necessary functions

• Management of a direct underwriting team of 4 people

• Driving the progress of the project and harnessing the various resources in order to meet the schedule

• Development and execution of work plans, task management, schedules and resource utilization

• Monitoring and reporting to the organization's management against the set KPI indicators, while making necessary adjustments to optimize the results - preparing progress reports for senior management and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, accounting.
• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in project management positions, especially in finance-related projects.

• In-depth understanding of financial principles, including underwriting and financial analysis with an orientation in the small and medium business sector.
