What you’ll be doing:

We are seeking a Product Owner to join our dynamic team at Vixichain under Risley, where we are at the forefront of innovating cross-border payment solutions that integrate both FIAT and digital assets (Crypto) to cater to the needs of individuals and businesses. As part of our team, You’ll be working closely with developers, QA, and other cool folks, reporting directly to the Head of Product Management

The position will be based in Bucharest, Romania with direct reporting to our Head of Product Management sitting in Israel.

You will be responsible for…

• Break down product requirements and prioritize feature releases.
• Team up with our VP of R&D and other stakeholders to gather and refine product needs.
• Team up with our VP of R&D and other stakeholders to gather and refine product needs.
• Manage the product backlog and keep the team focused on the most valuable tasks.
• Keep everyone in the loop with regular updates and reviews.
• Facilitate smooth communication and decision-making across the team.

What skills & experience you’ll bring to us

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent English skills (both written and spoken).
• Deep understanding of development and product methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Great people skills and ability to work well with diverse teams.
• Can work independently without needing micromanagement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven success in managing and launching complex products.
• Experience with product lifecycle management and software development lifecycle.
• Familiar with UX/UI principles and working with design teams.
• Comfortable with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Experience with Figma or similar design tools.
• Bonus points for Fintech and Blockchain experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Product Management certifications (e.g., CSPO, CPM).
• Experience with data analytics and A/B testing.
• Knowledge of Fintech regulatory requirements.
