Analytical Microbiology Manager - Pharmaceutical Company (3045)

A global pharmaceutical company is seeking Analytical Microbiology Laboratories Manager.

• Lead a large team of scientists, managing the microbiology group with strong managerial skills.
• Oversee resource, budget, project management, and strategic planning.
• Ensure GMP compliance in laboratories, adhering to regulatory requirements, company policies, and guidelines.
• Align laboratory practices with quality management system requirements and business objectives.
• Define testing policies and oversee investigations, change controls, CAPA, work procedures, protocols, reports, and deviations.
• Promote professional and personal development of employees, ensuring high standards in quality, safety, and operations.
• Train and accredit staff for various activities, ensuring team safety.
• Represent the Microbiology, Environmental Monitoring, and Animal facility during regulatory inspections.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in life sciences, biology, microbiology, or related fields.
• Mandatory management experience in microbiology laboratory work.
• Mandatory experience working under GMP.
• Background in pharmaceutical industry processes, science, and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in microbiology testing methods, environmental monitoring, and regulatory requirements, including EP and USP.
• Experience in developing and validating microbiological testing methods.
• Significant advantage for knowledge in aseptic processes.
• Strong management, leadership, motivation, and organizational skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
• High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
