We seek a passionate Product Experience Manager with a strategic mindset to solve complex problems at scale. You will leverage data and user research to craft intuitive solutions that align with our product vision and business goals. As a forward-thinker, you will explore emerging technologies and translate user needs into exceptional experiences that drive product impact. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Designers, fostering their professional growth through an iterative design process.
• Conduct extensive user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Prioritize features based on business objectives, user insights, data analysis, and operational requirements.
• Create pixel-perfect UI designs within technical constraints, adhering to UX best practices and our Design System.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to achieve company goals and drive product impact.
• Analyze data and user feedback to continuously evaluate and enhance the overall user experience.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience managing or leading UX/design teams in an agile environment.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional user experiences through iterative design processes and user-centered methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a broad understanding of design theories, principles, and concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and negotiate options at senior levels.
• Proficiency with Figma.
