The Job

We are seeking a Senior Technical Writer to join our Technical Documentation team. Reporting to the Director, Technical Documentation you will:

Your Day-to-Day Role

Based in our Tel Aviv office the successful candidate will work with Product Managers, Developers, UI Designers, and Product Markers to produce and maintain best-in-class technical content.

Your Work Experience

With more than six years of experience in roles with a heavy writing emphasis candidates must be skilled and strategic advocates in driving documentation efforts, innovating processes, and influencing the technical writing team’s success within the organization.

Expertise in maintaining and enforcing high-quality documentation standards, establishing and enforcing style guides and best practices in the context of understanding the needs of end-users.

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to quickly become Subject Matter Experts proficient in specific company products and technologies, offering valuable insights and guidance to cross-functional teams. Leadership skills are crucial for mentoring and guiding team members, while strong project management abilities are preferred.

Collaborative problem-solving and proactive issue resolution are required.

Maintaining high-quality documentation standards and mentoring junior writers are key responsibilities. Candidates should be effective communicators and able to advocate for clarity and conciseness in their technical content.

• 6+ years of technical writing experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, including willingness and ability to consult with subject matter experts
• Excellent attention to detail
• A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges
• Experience working with the following tools preferred: Paligo, Confluence/JIRA.
• Exposure to single source and structured documentation publishing software
• SaaS experience a preference
• Knowledge of Salesforce a plus
• Experience of video production a plus
  
  

Important Details

This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our Tel Aviv office a minimum of 3 days per week to maximize collaboration and interaction with the business. Travel may be required.
