Finance Operations Manager

• Manage and lead the Israel Finance Operations team. (~10Emp)
• Supervise the daily activity for AP, AR, IC and T&E
• Working with the local controllers and agencies' Finance teams on the month-end closing procedures
• Preparation and payments of the monthly statutory reports (Tax and VAT)
• Supporting internal and external audit requirements
• Support the local controllership team with preparing the annual statutory financial statements.
• Provide ad hoc analyses & reports as required.
• Driving process improvement and standardization of the processes
• Implementing and adhering to accounting practices, policies, and procedures that support efficiencies.
  
  

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 7 years experience in a similar or related position within a multinational company.
• Ability to manage and lead teams.
• Very good knowledge of IFRS, Lacal GAAP, and Accounting Procedures.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in managing a secure and transparent internal control environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Excellent Excel skills.
