ROVR Back Office Manager

Job Description:

As a Back Office Manager, you will manage our digital radio platform's administrative and support functions. This role is crucial for ensuring our front-end operations’ steadiness and accuracy. You will be working closely with our different departments to maintain consistency of operations and provide excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all back-office activities, including Schedule management, updating Curator information, and uploading programs to the archive.
• Oversee technical routine checks for the back office and radio app.
• Inputting and updating our music database with consistent accuracy and efficiency.
• Managing
• Handle royalty statements, music use reports, and payments to record labels and licensing organizations.
• Manage support processes, ensuring timely and effective inquiries and issues resolution.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure workflows and system efficiency.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for management.
• Assist in special projects and perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of operational experience managing complex data processes
• Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment under pressure and strict deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
• Must show genuine interest and knowledge regarding alternative cultural content, music and art.
• Ability to work cross-functionally
• Excellent level of English
• Knowledge of Photoshop and Figma is a plus
• Knowledge or interest in audio technology is a plus
