Your tasks:

• Project Management: Planning, coordinating, managing, and controlling all project stages, including initiation, execution, and completion, ensuring deadlines are met and all tasks are completed according to established timelines.
• Team Interaction: Organizing and coordinating the project team's work, including task setting, report acceptance, and conducting calls and meetings.
• Process Creation and Optimization: Developing and implementing project improvements aimed at optimizing them—enhancing quality, reducing time, and increasing task efficiency.
• Analytical Work: Analyzing project performance results, identifying bottlenecks, and developing proposals for process optimization and result improvement.
• Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and managing project risks, developing and implementing measures to minimize and prevent them.
• Working with the Monday Platform: Managing projects on the Monday platform, ensuring project participant interaction in this system, task control, and status updates.
• Team Formation Participation: When necessary, participating in the selection and hiring of new team members, ensuring the competencies needed to complete the project are met.

You are a fit for us if you have:

• Experience in project management, especially in e-commerce and Amazon sales.
• The ability to organize and plan projects, interact with the team, and coordinate various specialists' actions.
• Analytical skills and flexibility to adapt to the fast-changing e-commerce environment.
• English level C1.

Conditions:

• Schedule 5/2 (Sat, Sun - days off) from 10:00 to 19:00.
