We seek a proactive Operations Specialist with a knack for marketing and revenue enhancement. You’ll collaborate with both Marketing and Revenue Operations teams to support our clients, employing HubSpot expertise to streamline operations and drive growth.

What you will do:

- Manage client accounts and assist in running marketing and sales operations.

- Implement and refine marketing strategies, leveraging HubSpot and CRM tools.

- Enhance buyer journey processes and optimize sales activities for improved efficiency.

The position is in a hybrid mode.

Requirements:

• BA in Social Sciences/Industrial Engineering/MBA or equivalent.

• At least 2+ years of experience in HubSpot CRM operations.

• Great interpersonal skills.

• English - mother tongue level.

• Experience in B2B customer-centric work and a proactive learning attitude.
