CyITS is a state-of-the-art research and testing facility, that certifies products in compliance with the regulations governing the safe operation of Intelligent Transportation Systems. CyITS is based in Beer Sheva.

Role Description

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Cyber Security Intelligence researcher for a full-time or part-time on-site role. As an Intelligence researcher, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and mitigating cybersecurity risks, focusing on ensuring the resilience of intelligent transportation systems. This position involves conducting intelligence studies within the realm of 'smart mobility,' where you will act as an independent researcher, contributing to the development of valuable insights. Your responsibilities will extend to the management and documentation of research findings, as well as professional and quality writing of reports & distribution to relevant stakeholders, And integration into cyber incident management processes in various organizations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in analytical tools and methodologies, Knowledge and experience in cyber intelligence research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Graduate of intelligence course(s) in the military service - an advantage
• A bachelor's degree (BA/B.Sc.) in a field emphasizing statistical and analytical skills, such as Information systems, computer science, industrial engineering, and management, or an equivalent field- an advantage
• Proven experience in cybersecurity analysis & threat intelligence- an advantage
• Strong knowledge of intelligent transportation systems and 'smart mobility' concepts- an advantage
• Experience using ׳Splunk׳- an advantage
